  • 24 June 2021
The Live Cook Channel is back! Join one of SA’s most celebrated chefs, Liam Tomlin, for an authentic LIVE masterclass in Spanish cooking from your own kitchen on Wednesday 7 July at 18h00.

Whether you’re a seasoned culinary expert or a complete cooking novice, grab a notepad and a glass of wine as you’ll be learning amazing cooking hacks and pro-tips from Chef Liam you'll use again and again.

On the menu: an authentic and flavourful Spanish Paella

During the interactive masterclass, Liam Tomlin will be taking us through the ins and outs of making his classic Paella with Prawn, Mussel and Saffron - a perfect winter warmer to usher in the season.

Nourishing, vibrant and inviting, paella is an ideal dish to usher in the cold, winter months ahead. It has long held a place of honour in Spanish homes and is best served without pretension. This classic dish - meaning 'frying pan' in the regional dialect - is guaranteed to be a flavour party in your mouth!
