Take your food to the next level by seasoning your dishes well. Taste as you cook to make sure you get it just right. Its best to use freshly ground salt and pepper.

Season to taste. What does that mean? It’s about adding seasoning (usually salt and pepper) to the food to enhance the flavour. Taste it, season it, then taste it again until you're happy with the flavour. This way you don’t over season, because you can always add more but you can’t remove seasoning afterwards.

So seasoning is all about tasting and tweaking, to bring out the best in the food.
