DNU Fusilli with Goats Milk Cheese

15min pasta dish with our secret Fairview Old Goat Sauce & goat's milk cheese.




Ingredients to serve 2

  • 200g x fusilli
  • 100g x goat’s milk cheese – cut into small squares
  • 25g x parmesan – grate finely
  • 75ml x Fairview Old Goat Sauce
  • . x olive oil, salt and pepper (from your pantry)

Ingredients to serve 4

  • 400g x fusilli
  • 200g x goat’s milk cheese – cut into small squares
  • 50g x parmesan – grate finely
  • 150ml x Fairview Old Goat Sauce
  • . x olive oil, salt and pepper (from your pantry)

Method

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients as indicated above.

Step 2

Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the fusilli (and a little olive oil) and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes until al dente - that’s cooked but firm to the bite and not soft. Drain in a colander but keep about half a cup of the cooking water aside.

Step 3

Return the fusilli to the pot. Add a splash of the cooking water, goat’s milk cheese, Old Goat Sauce and HALF the parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to mix.

Step 4

To serve, divide the pasta between the plates and scatter with a little parmesan cheese and a few twists of freshly ground black pepper.
