Method
Step 1
Put a large saucepan with lightly salted water on high heat. Add the broccoli floretsi and boil for about 3 or 4 minutes until tender but still a little crunchy. Drain and cool under cold running water.
Step 2
Put a few glugs of olive oil in a frying pan on medium to LOW heat. Add the hing, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, chilli, mustard seeds and the curry leaves. Cook for about a minute and then turn up the heat and add the onion and cook another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Now add the halloumi slices, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook on a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes until the halloumi turns golden. Then add the broccoli and gently mix through. Lastly add the lemon juice.
Step 4
Divide the mixture between the plates and serve immediately.
