DNUSolo: Sweet Potato Soup with Ginger & Cardamom

Sweet potato soup with fresh ginger and cardamom.




Ingredients to serve 2

  • 600ml x Sweet Potato Soup
  • ½ x fresh chilli – deseed and slice at an angle
  • 3g x fresh rosemary
  • salt & pepper (from your pantry)

Method

Step 1

Soup: Heat up the soup by adding it to a pot over a medium heat. Bring the soup to a simmer and add HALF the rosemary and chilli (optional). This should take about 5-8 minutes. When heated through, season to taste.

Step 2

Serve: Serve the soup dished up in a bowl topped with the remainder of rosemary and sliced chilli.
