Method
Before You Begin
Prepare your ingredients & cooking utensils. Use a chopping board and lay all the ingredients out. Take out any "Pantry Items". Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Washing Instruction
Wash your hands, cucumber, and tomato well. Rinse your rosemary thoroughly and drain on paper towel
Gino's Tip
Butter really aids in adding that extra dimension to your garlic sauce as well as ensuring your chicken skewers stay moist and juicy.
Step 1 - Spiced Skewers
Season your chicken skewers with salt and pepper.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat, add a dash of olive oil and fry the skewers for 1-2 minutes on each side. Ensure that your pan is hot and allow each side to color before turning.
Transfer to a chopping board when cooked. Using the same pan add your garlic sauce - use with your discretion as can be spicy for your kids, chopped rosemary and butter. Once the butter has melted return your kebabs to the pan and remove it from the heat
Step 2 - Toasted Naan Bread
Rub/brush your naan bread with a bit of olive oil, heat a large frying pan over a medium heat, once your pan is warm begin to toast your naan breads for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Once done sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 3 - Crispy Greek Salad
Toss your diced cucumber, wedge/diced tomatoes, pitted black olives and sliced red onions in a medium mixing bowl. Gently mix through your DailyDish Greek Dressing and season lightly with salt and pepper before sprinkling over your feta.
To Serve
Divide your naan breads amongst your servings, top with your crispy greek salad and spiced chicken skewers. Enjoy!
