Pepperoni Pizza for 4

The much loved and familiar gratinated, smoky paprika Pepperoni Pizza recipe that suit all tastes and families - serves 4




Ingredients to serve 2

  • Pepperoni
  • Garlic - crushed
  • Pizza Bases
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella - grated
  • Paprika
  • Dried Thyme
  • Tomatoes - sliced
  • Salt and Pepper (from your pantry)
  • Olive Oil (from your pantry)
  • All Purpose Flour (from your pantry)

Ingredients to serve 4

  • 150g x Pepperoni
  • 40g x Garlic - crushed
  • 2 x Pizza Bases
  • 200ml x Pizza Sauce
  • 200g x Mozzarella - grated
  • 1 tsp x Paprika
  • 1 tsp x Dried Thyme
  • 2 x Tomatoes - sliced
  • Salt and Pepper (from your pantry)
  • Olive Oil (from your pantry)
  • All Purpose Flour (from your pantry)

Method

Before You Begin

Prepare your ingredients & cooking utensils: Use a chopping board and lay all the ingredients out.Take out any “Pantry Items”. Preheat your oven to 200C.

Gino's Tip

Slicing your pizza is such an oozy, cheesy affair....allow your pizza to cool slightly before slicing so your cheese and filling stay where they need to be.....on the pizza base.

Step 1 - Assembling your Pizzas

Place your pizza bases on the reverse side of an oven tray. Flouring the tray will stop the bases from sticking to it. Top with your pizza sauce, thinly sliced tomatoes, crushed garlic, and sliced salami. Sprinkle over your grated mozzarella, paprika, and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the middle of your oven to heat through for 2-3 minutes. Proceed to put it closer to your grill element for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is oozy, the filling is hot and the bases are crispy. Please keep an eye on your pizzas when they are closer to the element and move them around regularly to avoid the bases from singeing.

To Serve

Divide your pepperoni pizza amongst your servings. Enjoy!
