Ingredients to serve 2

  • 300ml x Cold Pressed Spinach Juice
  • 40g x Ginger - grated
  • 1 tbsp x Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp x Ground Cardamom

Method

Before You Begin

Prepare your ingredients & cooking utensils: Use a chopping board and lay all the ingredients out.Take out any “Pantry Items”

This is a great detox shooter as well, especially when paired with wheatgrass.

Step 1 - Greens, Ginger and Chia Booster

Whisk all your ingredients together in a large mixing bowl (reserving your juice bottle). Clingfilm your bowl and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, so that your chia seeds soften, them decant your mixture back into your bottle and refrigerate once more. You only need to mix this once, mixing all of your ingredients together for your 25ml daily shot throughout the week.

To Serve

Divide your greens, ginger and apple booster amongst your servings.
