Turmeric, Citrus and Cider Zinger for 4

Ingredients to serve 2

  • Cold Pressed Carrot Juice
  • Garlic - chopped/grated
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Honey
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Turmeric
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Ground Cinnamon

Ingredients to serve 4

  • 750ml x Cold Pressed Carrot Juice
  • 8 cloves x Garlic - chopped/grated
  • 130ml x Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 130ml x Honey
  • 2 tsp x Cumin Seeds
  • 4 tsp x Turmeric
  • 2 tsp x Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp x Ground Cinnamon

Method

Before You Begin

Prepare your ingredients & cooking utensils: Use a chopping board and lay all the ingredients out. Take out any “Pantry Items”

Wash your hands well.

If you like to add some extra punch you could bulk up your booster shot by adding your favorite tea blend to this health shot - you can do so by steeping 2-3 tea bags in 200ml boiled water.

Step 1 - Turmeric and Citrus Cider Zinger

Whisk together your apple cider vinegar, honey, chopped/grated garlic, and spices together. Whisk your cold-pressed carrot health juice into this and then pour back over into your bottle for storage in the fridge. You only need to mix this once, mixing all of your ingredients together for your 25ml daily shot throughout the week.

To Serve

Divide your turmeric, citrus and cider ginger amongst your servings. Enjoy!
