Gino's Tip
Please be attentive when grilling, it starts off slowly and then gratinates quickly so keep a watchful eye out for any singeing or burning.
Step 1 - Conchiglie Pasta Shells
Once your water in your large saucepan has come to the boil cook your pasta for 10-12 minutes until "al dente" - tender with a slight bite.
Drain through a colander once done.
Step 2 - Smoky Tuna Bake
Heat a large casserole pan over med-high heat, add a drizzling of olive oil and saute your diced red onions, chopped garlic and dried mix herbs until soft and translucent.
Now add your, diced green peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes before adding your drained tuna and paprika.
Allow to heat through then add your DailyDish Puttanesca Base and cream and cook for 1-2 minutes until all your flavours have melded.
Lastly, add your cooked conchiglie pasta shells, taste and season then transfer to a baking dish, top with your grated white cheddar and pop under the grill until your cheese has become gooey and gratinated.
TO SERVE
