Method
Before You Begin
Prepare your ingredients & cooking utensils: Use a chopping board and lay all the ingredients out. Take out any “Pantry Items”. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Washing Instruction
Wash your hands, carrots, spring onion, red cabbage and potatoes well. Rinse your coriander thoroughly and drain on paper towel.

This amazing patty is made with no meat products at all and is super delicious, healthy and sustainable.
Step 1 - Roasted Potato Wedges and Toasted Sesame Rolls
Toss your potato wedges in a large mixing bowl along with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Scatter onto an oven tray, skin side down, so they can stand upright, and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
After your potatoes start to crisp and brown, move them around so they do so evenly - when they are done toss season them with your cajun spice.
Just before your potatoes are done, rub your halved sesame buns with olive oil and season them, place them in the oven to toast and warm through.
Step 2 - Cheesy Patty and Slaw
Heat a large frying pan over med-high heat, add a drizzling of olive oil and once your pan is hot, fry your burger patties for 3 minutes on each side.
Then place a dollop of DailyDish Gochujang Glaze on each burger followed by your grated mozzarella, cover with a lid and allow your cheese to melt, remove your pan from the heat.
Mix your julienne carrots, sliced spring onion, shredded red cabbage, sour cream and chopped coriander together - mix well with a spoon or with gloves.
Taste and season your slaw with salt and pepper.
TO SERVE
Place your sesame bun bottoms on each plate, top with your cheesy patty, slaw and roasted potato wedges.
