Before You Begin
Prepare your ingredients & cooking utensils: Use a chopping board and lay all the ingredients out.Take out any “Pantry Items”

Wash your hands and red peppers well.
Gino's Tip
Brushing your crusts with olive oil adds that extra bit of caramelisation, crusting and presentation. You can also try using flavoured olive oils.
Step 1 - BBQ Chicken and Bacon
Heat a large casserole pan over med-high heat, add a drizzling of olive oil and fry your bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to a plate or your chopping board.
In the same pan fry your sliced/diced chicken for 3-4 minutes until caramelised and just about cooked through - please note its best not to overcrowd your pan as this will cause braising, fry your chicken in 2-3 batches if your pan isn't big enough.
Once your chicken is done transfer to a plate or your chopping board, add your DailyDish Shisha BBQ Sauce to the pan and once your sauce bubbles add your chicken back to the pan, remove your pan from the heat and mix your chicken through your sauce.
Be sure to taste for seasoning, and season if need be.
Step 2 - Assembling your Pizza
Place your pizza base on a clean kitchen surface, spread over DailyDish Pesto Pomodoro, diced red peppers, crispy bacon, BBQ chicken and grated mozzarella.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place in an oven preheated to 200C for 3-4 minutes to warm through.
Turn your oven to grill and gratinate your pizza for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has gratinated and crust is golden brown.
Garnish with your diced avocado once done - remember to season your avocado with, a touch of olive oil, salt and pepper prior to garnishing.
