Method
Step 1
Combine the following ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, white wine vinegar, xylitol, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Place a frying pan on high heat. Add butter and prawns and stir fry for about 3 or 4 minutes until prawns are a lightly browned and warmed up. Set aside and keep warm.
Step 3
Heat another pan on medium to high heat. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook for about a minute. Add the bell pepper, onion, broccoli, carrots and chilli flakes and continue to cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Now add the prawns and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve right away.
Step 4
To serve, divide the stir fried prawn mixture between the plates.
